Please note that you can only cancel an order before it has shipped.
Frozen delivery products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If the package is returned to us due to your absence,
we discard the frozen products and will not be refunded.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:
- Refrigerated or frozen Items
- Items that have signs of use

Please note that we do not take responsibility for unsuccessful delivery attempts for the following reasons when frozen products are retrieved long after a timely doorstep delivery is made mistaken order incorrect address.
