  • I haven't received the product I ordered yet.
    If the delivery status has been suspended for several days, or if you have not received it even though the delivery has been completed, please contact the customer center and we will take care of it promptly.
  • If I want to change my order after payment?
    If you want to change the order details, please cancel the existing order and pay again with a new order. Please kindly note that order cancellation is possible only up to the stage of delivery preparation, after which the order cannot be canceled and must be returned.
  • How do I check the delivery status?
    You can check it by going to My Page at the top right of the screen.
  • Is it possible to change the shipping address after placing an order?
    It is not possible to change the shipping address after payment because the shipping cost varies by shipping address. If you wish to change the shipping address after payment, please cancel the order and place an order again with the right shipping address. If the customer is absent or the customer entered the wrong address when placing the order and delivery is not successful, the customer must bear the shipping cost for re-delivery.

  • Can I place a bulk order?
