Ingredients
150g shrimp, 100g pork, 80g bean sprouts, 25g onion, 35g garlic chives, 1/2 cup potato starch, 80g Tube pollock roe
10g oyster sauce, 5g mirin, 10g minced garlic, a little minced ginger, a pinch of pepper
How to make
step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic chives.
step 2
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, squeeze out the water and chop finely.
Finely chop the shrimp with a knife.
step 3
In a bowl, mix the ground pork with the filling seasonings, then mix in the chopped vegetables and shrimp evenly.
step 4
When the filling holds together, add the Tube pollock roe and mix.
step 5
Take about 30g of filling for each bite-size dumpling and roll it into a ball,
then roll the balls in a plate lightly covered with starch to coat the surface.
step 6
Steam the rolled dumplings in a steamer for 8–10 minutes.
