2주동안 행복하게 명란으로 끼니를 떼우고 쓰는 후기입니다!! 튜브 형식 박스 전부 다 간편하게 포장되어있어서 자취생으로서 너무 먹기 편하고 좋았어요 ㅠㅠ 두부 오이랑 같이 칼레스 대신 밥에 올려 먹어도, 오일 파스타에 1 Tsp 짜서 먹어도, 팽이버섯이랑 버무려서 덮밥해먹어도 너무너무 맛있었습니다 <3 냉동 명란이면 맛이 다를까 걱정하던게 무색하게도 근소한 차이조차 느낄 수 없었습니다. 개봉 후 후딱 먹어야 하지만 2주 내내 질리지 않고 명란레시피 개발하는데 시간을 쏟은 사람으로서 기한이 촉박하다는 느낌은 들지 않았던 것 같아요. 부산에 있다가 중부지방 살기 너무 팍팍했는데 덕분에 너무 행복한 2주를 보냈어요. 큰일이 없는 한 냉장고에 계속 구비해놓을 것 같아요 <3

Frozen items ship with 2-day delivery and leave only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Other items take 3–5 days.

Your whole order ships together on the frozen schedule and delivery time.

Q.My order arrived a little thawed. Is it OK?

Items may thaw slightly in transit, but they are fine to refreeze or eat. Please put them in the freezer as soon as they arrive.

Q.How do I store and eat pollock roe?

Keep it frozen. For the best texture, slice it while still frozen instead of thawing it. Single-Serve pollock roe can be squeezed straight from the frozen pack. You can find expiration dates on each product page.

Q.Where is the pollock roe made?

Deokhwa Food Co., Ltd. makes it from U.S. pollock roe. Seattle Pollock sells Deokhwa pollock roe in the United States.

Q.I'm not sure which pollock roe to choose.

If you like it spicy, try Aged. For a lighter taste, try White or Mild. For easy cooking, we recommend Tube or Single-Serve. See our pollock roe comparison.
