Shipping policy

냉동식품의 경우 2일 배송을 기본으로 하며, 이외제품은 5일배송을 원칙으로 합니다. 

냉동배송의 경우 월, 화, 수요일에만 배송이 나갑니다. 

냉동식품과 기타 식품을 같이 주문시, 냉동식품 배송일과 기간이 적용됩니다. 

배송 여건에 따라, 제품이 녹을 수 있지만 바로 냉동고에 넣으시거나 드시는데는 아주 지장이 없습니다.

For frozen food, it is based on two-day delivery, and for other products, on 3-5 days delivery.

For frozen food delivery, delivery is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

When ordering frozen food and non-frozen foods together, the delivery date and period of frozen food will apply.

Depending on the delivery conditions, the product may slightly melt, but it is OK to consume.  Please, keep it in the freezer or eating it right away as you receive.
