Shipping & Refund Policy

These rates apply to any order that includes at least one frozen or refrigerated item (pollock roe, sea urchin, kimchi, etc.).

If your cart has only dry goods — Damwoo namul, roasted seaweed, BBQ squid, Snack Uncle treats, etc. — this rate is applied automatically at checkout. If you add any frozen or refrigerated item, the rates above apply.

• Frozen items ship by FedEx or UPS 2-day delivery; dry goods ship by UPS 3–5 day delivery.
• Frozen and dry items may arrive in separate packages at no extra charge.

• Orders can be canceled only before they ship.
• Frozen items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• If a package is returned because no one was available to receive it, frozen items will be discarded and not refunded.

Items that cannot be refunded or exchanged

• Refrigerated or frozen items
• Items that show signs of use

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by the customer, such as:

• Ordering mistakes
• An incorrect address
• Frozen items delivered on time but left at the door for a long time
